摘　　要：食品检验技术是我校食品相关专业一门重要的专业课,将思政元素融入食品检验技术课程教学中,实现德育教育和知识教育的有机结合具有重要意义。本文从教学分析、教学资源、教学策略、教学设计、考核与评价五方面深入挖掘了课程蕴含的德育要素,将思政教育合理融入食品检验技术教学过程中,以期达到“立德树人”的全方位育人目的。Food Inspection Technology is an important professional course for food related major in our college. It is of great significance to integrate ideological and political education into Food Inspection Technology course and realize the organic combination of moral education and knowledge education. The moral education elements contained in the curriculum were deeply excavated from five aspects: teaching analysis, teaching resources, teaching strategies, teaching design, examination and evaluation. Ideological and political education will be reasonably integrated into the teaching process of Food Inspection Technology, in order to achieve the goal of all-round education of “cultivate virtue and cultivate people”.
