摘 要:针对现有酒店推荐精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于用户特征的酒店推荐模型。首先,构建酒店和用户的特征矩阵,从而获得候选集;然后,利用基于用户的协同过滤预测用户评分,进而产生酒店推荐的top-N列表;最后,以酒店管理营运博弈沙盘实验平台爬取的数据为基础对用户进行推荐。结果表明,该推荐模型的召回率、F1值均高于传统的基于特征参数匹配的算法和基于协同过滤的算法,解决了传统推荐算法推荐精度不高的问题,为智能算法在酒店信息化中的应用提供了参考。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of existing hotel recommendation,a hotel recommendation model based on user characteristics is proposed.Firstly,the hotel feature matrix and user feature matrix are constructed to obtain the candidate set.Then,the user prediction score is predicted by user based collaborative filtering,and the top-N list of hotel recommendations is generated.Finally,based on the data obtained by the crawler of the hotel management and operation game sand table experimental platform,users are recommended.The results show that the recall and F1 value of the recommendation model proposed in this study are higher than the traditional feature parameter matching and traditional collaborative filtering algorithms,and the recommendation accuracy is high,which solves the problem of low recommendation accuracy in traditional recommendation,and provides a reference for the application of intelligent algorithm in hotel informatization.
