摘 要:为研究不同来源燕麦对高脂饲喂的ApoE^(-/-)小鼠降血脂功能的影响,将40只雄性ApoE^(-/-)小鼠按照平均体重随机分为5组,即常规饮食(Chow)组、高脂饮食(HFD)组、燕麦1组(OAT-1)、燕麦2组(OAT-2)以及燕麦3组(OAT-3),每组8只。实验0 w、4 w、8 w、12 w时,分别测定小鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、LDL胆固醇(LDL cholesterol,LDL-c)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、HDL胆固醇(HDL cholesterol,HDL-c)和VLDL胆固醇(VLDL cholesterol,VLDL-c)水平;12 w后同时观察肝组织损伤变化情况。其中,3组燕麦组均能够显著减少ApoE^(-/-)小鼠血清中TC、LDL-c、TG和VLDL-c的含量,说明3组燕麦均具有良好的降血脂作用,OAT-3组降血脂效果更加明显。病理学检测结果显示,3组燕麦组均具有减少高脂饲喂的ApoE^(-/-)小鼠肝脏中脂质沉积的作用。燕麦饲喂后对高脂饲喂的ApoE^(-/-)小鼠具有显著降低血脂及降低肝损伤作用。In order to study the effects of oats from different sources on the hypolipidemic function of high-fat-fed ApoE^(-/-)mice,40 male ApoE^(-/-)mice were randomly divided into 5 groups of 8 mice each with mean body weight,which were normal control group (Chow),high-fat model group (HFD),oat 1 group (OAT-1),oat 2 group (OAT-2) and oat 3 group (OAT-3).The total cholesterol (TC),LDL cholesterol (LDL-c),triglycerides (TG),HDL cholesterol (HDL-c) and VLDL cholesterol (VLDL-c) levels in serum of mice were measured respectively,after 0,4,8 and 12 weeks,and the changes of liver injury were observed after 12 weeks.The serum levels of TC,LDL-c,TG and VLDL-c in ApoE^(-/-)mice were significantly reduced in the three oat groups,indicating that the three oat groups have good effects on the hypolipidemic function in ApoE^(-/-)mice,and the OAT-3 group decreased the serum lipid contents more than OAT-1 group.The pathological examination results showed that the three oat groups all had the effect of reducing lipid deposition in the liver of high-fat-fed ApoE^(-/-)mice.Oats can significantly reduce blood lipids and liver injury in high-fat-fed ApoE^(-/-)mice.
