摘 要:目的了解成都市2020年猪肉源沙门菌优势血清型分离株的耐药表型及耐药基因携带情况,为成都市食品安全市场监管提供数据支撑。方法对2020年成都市202株猪肉源沙门菌分离株用微量肉汤稀释法对临床常用的15种抗生素进行药敏实验,并开展全基因组测序,对分离株进行血清型预测、耐药基因注释。结果202株沙门菌共包含17种血清型,优势血清型为罗森31.68%(64/202)、伦敦18.81%(38/202)、德尔比18.32%(37/202)血清型,耐药率分别为96.88%、89.47%、97.30%;三种沙门菌均对四环素耐药率最高,分别为92.19%、89.47%、94.59%;三种沙门菌多重耐药严重、耐药谱复杂;三种沙门菌共检出7大类49种耐药基因,以氨基糖苷类携带率最高(98.44%、97.37%、94.59%)且种类最多(19种),大环内酯类携带率最低(12.50%、39.47%、8.11%)且种类最少(3种),其余抗生素耐药基因携带情况各有差异。结论成都市猪肉源沙门菌优势血清型对常用抗生素耐药较为严重,耐药谱复杂,耐药基因携带率高。Objective To investigate the drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance gene carrying of dominant serotype isolates of Salmonella from pork in Chengdu City in 2020,and to provide data support for food safety market supervision in Chengdu.Methods Whole genome sequencing was performed on 202 isolates of Salmonella from pork in Chengdu City in 2020 to annotate serotypes and drug resistance genes.The drug sensitivity of 15 antibiotics commonly used in clinic was tested by broth microdilution method.Results There were 17 serotypes,and the dominant serotypes were S.Rissen,S.London and S.Derby,accounting for 31.68%(64/202),18.81%(38/202)and 18.32%(37/202),respectively.The resistance rates of the three dominant serotypes were 96.88%89.47%and 97.30%,respectively.The resistance rates of the three dominant serotypes to tetracycline were the highest,which were 92.19%,89.47%and 94.59%,respectively.The three dominant serotypes had severe multidrug resistance and complex drug resistance spectrum.A total of 49 drug-resistant genes in 7 categories were detected in the three dominant serotypes of Salmonella.The carrying rate and types of aminoglycosides resistant genes were the most(98.44%,97.37%and 94.59%,respectively,19 species)and those of macrolides were the least(12.50%,39.47%and 8.11%,respectively,3 species).The carrying state of other antibiotic resistance genes were various.Conclusion Dominant serotypes of Salmonella from pork in Chengdu City are highly resistant to common antibiotics,with high drug resistance gene carrying rate and complex antibiogram.
