摘  要:基于某工程装置工作中对运动和承载的需求,设计了一个具有死点位置的六杆机构。在承载工况时段,机构保持在死点位置,以承受较大工作载荷;而在承载工况时段结束后,机构即以一定的运动规律快速脱离死点位置。建立了该六杆机构的位置方程,并根据工况需求,采用改进遗传算法对机构进行了尺度综合与优化。基于ADAMS软件,通过虚拟样机仿真实验表明,优化后的机构可以很好地实现该装置的工况需求。A six-bar mechanism with dead point position was designed based on the requirements of movement and load bearing in the work of an engineering device.In the bearing condition period,the mechanism is kept in the dead point position to bear a large working load;At the end of the period of bearing condition,the mechanism is quickly separated from the dead point with a certain motion law.The position equation of the six-bar mechanism was established,the dimension synthesis and optimization of the mechanism were carried out by using the improved genetic algorithm according to the requirements of working conditions.Based on ADAMS software,the simulation experiment of virtual prototype shows that the optimized mechanism can well realize the working condition requirements of the device.
