摘 要:解决教师主动开发课程和学生主动学习双缺乏的发展瓶颈,可以抓住新生代已经习惯用手机端从个人IP模式获取信息的契机,通过推行模拟“培训币(PXB)”制度、鼓励个人IP及其团队的建设、改进信息化推荐算法、维护远程培训平台“涌现”生态四个方面,构建名师不断涌现、用户极度活跃、培训内容持续创新、培训师极度人格化的培训平台生态,从而最大程度地发掘企业内部人才,提高内部培训效率。To address the bottleneck of the lack of both teachers'initiative to develop courses and students'initiative to learn,we can make use of the opportunity that the new generation has been accustomed to using mobile terminals to obtain information from personal IP mode.From four aspects of implementing the simulation“training coins(PXB)”system,encouraging the personal IP and team construction,improving information-based recommended algorithm,and maintenance of“emerging”ecology of distance training platform,a training platform ecology can be built,in which famous teachers are constantly emerging,users are extremely active,training content is continuously innova-tive,and trainers are extremely personalized,so as to maximize the tapping into the talents within an enterprise and improve its training efficiency.
