摘 要:目的:探究虚拟仿真技术在中医辨证施护实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年2月江西中医药大学附属医院护理人员80名,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40名。其中采用常规理论讲课和示教室情景模拟训练等常规方法进行培训作为对照组,采用中医辨证施护虚拟仿真技术进行培训作为观察组。观察干预前后两组中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩。结果:干预后,两组中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩较干预前均提高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虚拟仿真技术应用于中医辨证施护实践教学中,能显著提高护理人员中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩。Objective:To explore the application effect of virtual simulation technology in practice teaching of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.Method:A total of 80 nursing staff in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.One group was trained by conventional methods such as conventional theoretical lectures and classroom simulation training as the control group,and the other group was trained by virtual simulation technology of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing as the observation group.The TCM nursing cognition level,TCM dialectical nursing ability and result of examination of two groups before and after intervention were observed.Result:After intervention,the level of TCM nursing cognition,TCM syndrome differentiation nursing ability and examination results of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of virtual simulation technology in practice teaching of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can significantly improve nursing staff’s TCM nursing cognition level,TCM dialectical nursing ability and result of examination.
