摘  要:针对串级不稳定时滞过程提出了一种改进的二自由度Smith预估控制方法。该方法在副回路采用了内模PID控制,快速消除了副回路干扰对系统性能的影响。主回路采用了二自由度Smith预估控制方法,首先使用了PD控制器将不稳定时滞过程转换为稳定时滞过程,然后在设定值跟随控制回路中引入了通过Bode理想传递函数设计的分数阶控制器,增强了系统的鲁棒性,在干扰抑制回路中使用内模控制改善了系统的抗扰性。经仿真实验验证,该方法不仅参数整定简单,且能使系统具有良好的闭环性能与鲁棒性。The design method of two-degree-of-freedom Smith predictive control is presented for unstable cascade time-delay process.The IMC(internal model control)-PID control method is used in the secondary loop,and it can quickly reject disturbance.Two-degree-of-freedom Smith predictive control method was used in the main loop.Firstly,the PD control method was used to convert the unstable time-delay process into the stable time-delay process.Then,the fractional-order controller designed based on bode ideal transfer function was introduced into the setpoint tracking control loop to enhance the robustness of the system,and the internal model controller is used in disturbance rejection loop to improve disturbance rejection characteristics of the system.The simulation results show that the method is not only simple in parameter tuning,but also has good closed-loop performance and robustness.
