摘  要:机械法联络通道技术采用了盾构机从主隧道管片中掘进进、出洞的工艺,基于缩尺模型试验对该技术进行研究,介绍机械法联络通道T接部位接收端切削模型试验装置与测试方案,采集隧道管片结构与周围土体测试数据,分析切削过程中切削洞口附近及主隧道变形、轴力、弯矩等变化规律。研究结果表明,主隧道应力、应变在切削破洞过程中迅速增大,在盾构机刀头破洞露头后迅速减小,内力重分布现象明显。在切削破洞过程中,主隧道环向轴力、环向弯矩呈负相关变化,隧道存在收缩、向内变形趋势;主隧道轴向轴力、轴向弯矩呈正相关变化,隧道存在拉伸、向内变形趋势。考虑主隧道整体安全性,减小施工过程中弯矩对主隧道的影响,建议在主隧道内部设置支撑。The mechanical connection channel technology adopts the process of the shield machine boring into and out of the hole from the main tunnel tube piece.Based on the scaled-down model test,the mechanical connection channel technology is studied,and the cutting model test device and test scheme at the receiving end of T-joint part of mechanical connection channel are introduced,and the test data of the tunnel tube piece structure and the surrounding soil are collected to analyze the changes of deformation,axial force and bending moment near the cutting hole and in the main tunnel during the cutting process.The research results show that the main tunnel stresses and strains increase rapidly during the cutting and breaking process,and decrease rapidly after the shield machine cutter head breaks the hole exposure,and the internal force redistribution phenomenon is obvious.In the process of hole cutting,the main tunnel circumferential axial force and circumferential bending moment show negative correlation changes,and the tunnel has a tendency to shrink and deform inward.The main tunnel axial force and axial bending moment show positive correlation changes,and the tunnel has a tendency to stretch and deform inward.Considering the overall safety of the main tunnel and reducing the impact of bending moment on the main tunnel during construction,it is recommended to set up supports inside the main tunnel.
