摘  要:医学人文教育是医学教育的重要组成部分。基于“新木桶理论”,将医学人文教育比作木桶中的水,医学人文学科建设是“桶底”,医学人文教育的任务及不同阶段视为“木板”,医学人文教育发展的理念、制度和文化是“桶箍”。我国医学人文教育有桶底不牢、存在短板、桶箍不合的问题,并根据该理论提出对策,即筑牢医学人文学科建设这一“桶底”,补齐医学人文教育中的实践“短板”并将医学人文教育贯穿院校教育、毕业后教育、继续医学教育全过程,转变理念、完善制度、打造文化以获得合适的“桶箍”。Medical humanistic education is an important part of medical education.Based on the new barrel theory,medical humanistic education is compared to water in a barrel.The construction of medical humanities is the bottom of the barrel.The tasks and stages of medical humanities education are regarded as the boards.The mind,policy and culture of medical humanities education are barrel hoops.Medical humanities education in China has the problems of an unstable barrel bottom,short boards,and inappropriate barrel hoops.This paper proposes countermeasures:strengthening the construction of medical humanities to consolidate the bottom of the barrel,emphasizing on practice in medical humanities education in order to lengthen short boards,integrating medical humanities education in college education,post-graduate education,and continuing medical education,and changing misconceptions,improving the policies,and creating the culture to obtain suitable barrel hoops.
