摘　　要：研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,是国家发展、社会进步的重要基石。在第四次工业革命及世界高等教育学科交叉融合需求的背景下,研究生的培养质量高低与是否契合时代发展的需求是高校长期关注的主题。内部质量保障体系作为研究生培养的核心驱动力,同样也需要不断探索与优化。西安交通大学医学部基础医学院采用“学院/研究院”双轨制管理,通过优化内部质量保障体系流程的管理方式,组建督导组、导师团队及学生基层组织,探索构建能实现行政部门、导师、研究生等多元主体共同参与的内部质量保障体系。Graduate education which is the cornerstone of national development and social progress undertakes the important mission of high-level talent training and innovation.Under the background of the fourth industrial revolution and the needs of interdisciplinary integration of world higher education,cultivating high-quality graduate students who meet the needs of the times will be the long-term concern of colleges and universities.As the core driving force of postgraduate training,the internal quality assurance system also needs to be constantly explored and optimized.By optimizing the management mode of the internal quality assurance system process,establish a steering group,tutor team and student grass-roots organizations,the college of basic medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University adopts the College Research Institute dual track management,exploring the construction of an internal quality assurance system that can realize the joint participation of multiple subjects such as administrative departments,tutors and postgraduates.
