摘  要:为探究刺梨果实品质与种植基地土壤重金属污染状况的相关性,选取贵州省某刺梨种植园区为研究对象,采集土壤和刺梨果实样品,测定Pb、Cd、Hg、Cr、As、Cu、Zn和Ni共8种重金属总量及土壤重金属形态,采用内梅罗综合指数法、潜在生态危害综合指数法对重金属污染状况进行评价,并结合Pearson相关性和回归分析方法,揭示重金属在土壤-刺梨果实的富集和转移规律。结果表明,研究区土壤中重金属Cd是主要贡献因子,刺梨果实对Cr、Ni存在中度-重度富集。通过相关性分析和回归分析得出刺梨果实中Cd、As与土壤可氧化态相关,Cu、Ni与土壤可还原态相关,Hg与土壤总量和残渣态相关,Zn与土壤酸可提取态相关。研究发现刺梨果实重金属含量与土壤重金属形态直接相关,可用作土壤环境质量的评价参照,可以通过控制土壤重金属形态来减少果实的重金属富集,同时减少人为因素造成的土壤重金属污染,保证土地的可持续化发展。In order to explore the correlation between roxburgh rose fruit’s quality and heavy metal pollution of the soil in the planting base,a roxburgh rose planting park in Guizhou Province was selected as the research object,soil and roxburgh rose samples were collected to determine the contents of eight heavy metal elements.The Nemerow comprehensive index and Hankson index methods are used to evaluate the heavy metal pollution,and combined with Pearson correlation and regression analysis method,reveal the accumulation and transfer of heavy metals in the roxburgh rose fruit.The results show that Cd in the soil of the study area is the main contributing factor.There exists moderate-severe enrichment of Cr and Ni in roxburgh rose fruit.Through correlation and regression analysis,this study found that Cd and As in roxburgh rose fruit are correlated with the oxidizable state of heavy metals in soil;Cu and Ni of roxburgh rose fruit are related to the reducible state of heavy metals in soil;Hg of roxburgh rose fruit is related to the total amount and residue state;Zn of roxburgh rose fruit is related to the extractable state of acid.It was found that the heavy metal content of roxburne fruit is directly related to the morphology of heavy metals in soil,which can be used as a reference for the evaluation of soil environmental quality.By controlling the form of heavy metals in soil,the heavy metal enrichment of fruit can be reduced,and meanwhile,the pollution of heavy metals in soil caused by human factors can be reduced,so as to ensure the sustainable development of land.
