以“双高”计划为引领,加强高职院校档案管理人才队伍专业化建设

摘　　要：2019年4月,教育部、财政部发布《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》(以下简称“双高计划”),意见中明确提出实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设的总体要求、任务内容以及保障措施。“双高计划”的实施对高职院校来说意义非凡。高职院校档案管理工作是高职院校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,其作用不言而喻,而在这当中最重要、也是最关键的主导因素就是档案管理人才,他们的专业能力在一定程度上代表着学校的综合实力,因此,必须要注重档案管理人才队伍的建设,使其具备高素质和高能力,更好服务“双高计划”,为高职院校教学质量的提升奠定扎实基础。In April 2019,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Plan for the Construction of High-level Vocational Schools and Majors with Chinese Characteristics(hereinafter referred to as the“Double High Plan”),which clearly put forward the overall requirements,tasks and guarantee measures for the implementation of the plan.The implementation of“Double High Plan”is special to higher vocational college.File management in higher vocational colleges is an important part of teaching management in higher vocational colleges,its effect is self-evident,and the most critical dominant factor is the file management personnel,their expertise in a certain extent represents the comprehensive strength of the school,therefore,the construction of archive management talent team should be paid attention to,making them have high quality and high capacity,to better service“Double High Plan”,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
