摘 要:目的探讨微课联合教师模拟标准化病人形式对问诊及病历书写教学效果的影响。方法将2018年2月—2019年12月本院临床五年制本科内科见习生60名,随机分为两组:对照组采用教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)教学,实验组采用微课联合教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)形式教学。比较两组学生OSCE考试中问诊、病历书写成绩及期末考试理论成绩有无差异,同时对学生和教师进行教学模式满意度调查。结果试验组学生的问诊、病历书写及期末考试理论成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。学生对微课联合TSP教学模式满意度明显高于TSP组(P<0.05),教师对两种教学法均满意。结论微课联合教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)形式能提高内科学临床见习生问诊及病历书写能力,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of microcourse joint teacher standardized patient form on teaching effect of Inquiry and Medical Records.Methods 60 clinical five-year undergraduate internal medicine interns in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was taught by teachers simulating standardized patients(TSP),and the experimental group was taught by micro class combined with teachers simulating standardized patients(TSP).Compare the scores of consultation,medical record writing and final examination theory between the two groups,and investigate the satisfaction of students and teachers with the teaching mode.Results The scores of inquiry,medical record writing and final examination theory of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Students'satisfaction with the micro class combined TSP teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the TSP group(P<0.05),and teachers were satisfied with both teaching methods.Conclusion The microcourse joint teacher standardized patient form(TSP)can improve the ability of clinical trainee's inquiry and medical records.It can be further popularized and applied.
