摘 要:目的 探讨3D打印模型联合PBL教学法在颈椎整脊手法教学中的应用效果。方法 将天津中医药大学60名本科学生随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30人。研究组采用传统理论授课结合3D打印模型及PBL教学法进行授课;对照组采用传统理论授课结合PBL教学法进行授课。评价理论知识与实际操作的教学效果及教学总满意度。结果 2组教学效果比较,研究组的教学效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组教学总满意度比较,研究组教学总满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在颈椎整脊手法教学中,传统理论教学结合3D打印模型及PBL教学法能够有效提高教学效果,同时可获得较高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing model combined with problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in cervical spine manipulation teaching.Methods 60 undergraduate students from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The research group adopted traditional theoretical teaching method combined with 3D printing model and PBL teaching method,and the control group adopted tradi-tional theoretical teaching combined with PBL teaching method.The teaching effect of theoretical knowledge and practical operation and teaching satisfaction were evaluated.Results Comparison of the teaching effect between the two groups,the teaching effect of the re-search group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Comparison of teaching satisfaction between the two groups,teaching satisfaction of the research group was better than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of spinal manipulation,traditional theoretical teaching combined with 3D printing model and PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect and obtain high teaching satisfaction.
