摘  要:目的 探讨将课程思政理念融入老年病科临床教学中的实际应用性及效果。方法 选取来自某校2014级全科医学实习生60名,随机将其分为2组,各30名。对照组采用本科传统教学模式教学,研究组运用本科课程思政教育模式方法进行综合教学,比较2组实习学生的综合教学效果。结果 研究组学生基础理论及临床实践技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学生理论知识、学习兴趣、临床思维、责任担当、职业素养方面的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用课程思政这一教学模式可显著提升学生的学习成绩,综合提升学生职业素养。Objective To explore the practical application and effect of integrating the curriculum ideological and political concepts into the clinical teaching of geriatrics.Methods A total of 60 general medicine interns from a school in grade 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n = 30) comprehensively adopted the traditional undergraduate teaching model,and the research group(n= 30) comprehensively used the undergraduate curriculum ideology and politics.Educational model method for comprehensive teaching,comparing the comprehensive teaching effect of two groups of intern students.Results The scores of all students in the research group in basic theory and clinical practice skills were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the students in the research group in theoretical knowledge,learning interest,clinical thinking,responsibility and professionalism,were significantly better than those in the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion The use of curriculum ideological and political teaching mode can significantly improve students ’academic performance and comprehensively enhance students’ professional quality.
