临床医学实习生的心理困扰及思想政治教育三位一体路径

摘　　要：文章着眼于医学生在临床实习期的特殊心理特征,探讨临床实习期间思想政治教育的必要性及其实现路径。基于对临床实习医学生的心理测查和访谈,文章认为医学生在临床实习期的心理困扰主要来源于人际沟通尤其是医患沟通不畅、职业信念不确定性和临床工作压力等方面。进而,文章有针对性地提出实习生思想政治教育的三位一体路径,即以患者就医路径为焦点对象的群众路线教育、以职业伦理为核心的理想信念培育和以科学精神为目标的生产劳动指导。This article seeks to expolre the adequate methodolody of ideological education for medical students during their clinical learning period in terms of their unique psychological situation.The psychological assessment of and interviews with the students show a triple etiologicial structure of mental distress which is constituted by physician-patient communicative problems,uncertainty of occupational belief and working stress.A trinity model of education concerning the heightened mass line in accordance with pa-tients’ path to medical treatment,the cultivatable belief with occupational ethic as its centre,and the productive guidance to scientific spirit,is hence advocated in this article as conclusion.
