摘  要:在新工科产教融合的背景下,为培育社会需求的新工科人才,全面夯实人才培养实效,应充分发挥产教融合教学模式的应用优势。在产教融合推进过程中,注重把握好时代的发展潮流,让学生切身感受技术进步;借助产业界的优势资源,发挥工程实践的关键效能。为了持续深入保障高校育人工作,需积极结合新工科的现实要求和产教融合的教学理念,全面优化课堂教学效率,大力引入企业优质人才,积极改革研究性教学模式,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,从而系统提升学生的综合素养。Under the background of the industry-education integration in“emerging engineering education”,and in order to cultivate the emerging engineering talents needed by the society and consolidate the effectiveness of talent training,we should pay attention to the application advantages of the teaching model of industry-education integration.In the process of promoting the integration of industry and education,we should demonstrate the highspeed development of the times,so that students can feel the progress of technology;we should take full advantage of the industry resources,and give full play to the key efficiency of engineering practice.In order to strengthen the college education continuously and deeply,we should combine the actual requirements of“emerging engineering education”with the teaching concept of industry-education integration,comprehensively optimize the efficiency of classroom teaching,vigorously introduce high-quality talent from enterprise,reform the teaching model based on actual research,and cultivate students’theoretical knowledge,practical ability and innovation spirit,so as to systematically improve students’comprehensive quality.
