摘  要:精神养老是近年来我国养老领域的热点问题之一,是满足老年群体美好生活需要的心理维度,是构建终身教育体系的重要环节,它与积极老龄化理论的“健康、参与、保障”三大目标具有逻辑契合性。社区教育与职业教育相融合的社区职业教育是实现老年群体精神养老的重要路径,以社区职业教育服务赋能精神养老,构建起多元主体有力推动、高职院校给力行动、老年个体积极主动的“三动”路径,符合积极老龄化的价值意蕴。Spiritual care of the elderly is one of the hot issues in the field of elderly care in our country in recent years. It is a psychological dimension to meet the needs of the elderly group for a "good life" and an important link in the construction of a life-long education system. It logically agrees with the three goals of "health, participation and security" of active aging theory. Community vocational education, which integrates community education and vocational education, is an important way to realize the spiritual care of the elderly. Empowering the spiritual care of the elderly with community vocational education services and constructing the "three moves" approach are in line with the value significance of active aging.
