摘　　要：介绍化学合成原料药车间在自动化建设过程中工艺成熟度的问题、多功能车间设计的问题、设计院选择的问题、工程部配置的问题、调试的问题;总结合成原料药车间全操作自动化设计中的难点;期望识别问题后,能够集思广益,为企业自动化提升给出参考解决方案。In the paper, the problems of process maturity, multi-functional workshop design, selection of Design Institute, configuration of Engineering Department and commissioning in the process of automation construction of chemical synthetic API workshop were introduced;The difficulties in the full operation automation design of synthetic API workshop were summarized;It was expected that after identifying the problems, we could brainstorm and give reference solutions for the improvement of enterprise automation.
