私营企业财务管理存在的问题及对策探究

摘　　要：财务管理是企业管理的核心内容,也是私营企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的根本途径。新时期,提高企业财务管理质量、降低财务风险、加强内部审计工作的执行、促进企业利益最大化是企业发展的重中之重。文章着重分析了现阶段我国私营企业财务管理中普遍存在的问题,并提出了有效对策。Financial management is not only the core content of enterprise management, but also the fundamental way for private enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce market competition. In the new era, the top priority of enterprise development is to improve the quality of corporate financial management, reduce financial risks, strengthen the implementation of internal audit and promote the maximization of enterprise interests. This paper focuses on the analysis of the common problems in the financial management of private enterprises in China at the present stage, and proposes some effective countermeasures.
