摘 要:通过对比分析低温储藏高水分稻谷与常规储藏安全水分稻谷的储粮品质变化和储粮工艺应用情况,研究低温储藏对储粮晶质与虫害发生的影响,逆降温、保水降温和内循环降温通风对储粮水分变化的影响,利用微循环系统局部内环流延缓粮堆四周温度上升的效果等,从而规范低温储粮操作管理,减少粮堆四周结露风险,逐渐减少补冷次数,确保稻谷安全度夏。By comparing and analyzing the changes of grain quality and the application of grain storage technology between lowtemperature storage for high moisture rice and conventional storage for rice,the effects of lowtemperature storage on grain quality and insect pests,and the effects of reverse cooling,water holding cooling and internal circulation cooling and ventilation on the changes of grain moisture were studied,Study on the effect of local inner ring casting of microcirculation system to slow the temperature rise around the grain pile,so as to standardize the operation and management of lowtemperature grain storage,reduce the risk of condensation around the grain pile,gradually reduce the times of cooling supplement,and ensure the safety of rice in summer.
