摘  要:为了培养跨界复合型人才,“职教20条”提出在高职院校人才培养质量上进行“三教”改革。针对智能时代高职学生的特点与需求,在人才培养过程应对接职业标准,加强“产教融合、协同育人”措施,以“职业技能大赛”为抓手,深化“三教”改革,发挥技能大赛的引领作用,重构课程体系,培养满足智能时代对技术技能人才的新要求。本文对电气自动化技术专业进行以职业技能大赛为引领进行课程改革,推动人才培养模式的改革,人才培养质量得到较好的提升。In order to cultivate cross-border compound talents,the“20 articles of vocational education”puts forward the reform of“three educations”in the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.According to the characteristics and needs of higher vocational students in the intelligent era,in the process of talent training,we should meet the professional standards,strengthen the measures of“integration of industry and education and collaborative education”,take the“vocational skill competition”as the starting point,deepen the reform of“three education”,give play to the leading role of the skill competition,reconstruct the curriculum system,and cultivate technical and skilled talents to meet the new requirements of the intelligent era.In this paper,the curriculum reform of electrical automation technology major is carried out under the guidance of vocational skills competition,so as to promote the reform of talent training mode and improve the quality of talent training.
