摘　　要：针对高校大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,文章将体验式教学应用到心理健康教育中去。从新生入学“破冰”教育、班级团队精神教育、恋爱挫折教育、职业生涯教育四个方面分析体验式教学在心理健康教育中的应用。In view of the problems existing in the mental health education of college students, this paper analyzes the application of experiential teaching to mental health education by counselors, stressing four aspects as followed: the “ice breaking” education, the class team spirit education, the love frustration education and the career education.
