摘　　要：培养高素质的人才是高校教育的目的,人才培养质量也是衡量教学水平的依据,质量监控是持续改进,多维度、多视角监测评价专业教学质量状况的重要手段。多年来,对毕业生跟踪是学校的一项薄弱环节,为了进一步加强中山大学生命科学学院对跟踪环节的管理,切实提高本科生培养质量,学院对毕业生信息采用问卷等方式收集并进行数据分析,对本科生质量进行科学跟踪分析。学院创建数据化动态毕业生质量监控跟踪体系,针对发现的各项问题进行一系列教学改革,以期提高教学质量。Cultivating high-quality talents is the purpose of higher education.The quality of talent training is also the basis for measuring the teaching level.Quality monitoring is an important means of continuous improvement,multi-dimensional and multi-perspective monitoring and evaluation of professional teaching quality.For many years,tracking college graduates has been a weak link.In order to further strengthen the management of tracking links in School of Life Sciences,Sun Yat-sen University and effectively improve the training quality of college graduates,we collect and conduct data analysis and tracking analysis on the information of college graduates by means of questionnaires.Through the college graduate quality monitoring and tracking system,we have carried out a series of teaching reforms on the problems found in order to improve the teaching quality.
