摘 要:军民融合企业是国家军民融合发展战略的重要实施主体,如何实现纪律性、保密性和技术突破并重是军民融合企业生存的关键。本文基于事件系统理论和组织双元理论,以上海天安轴承有限公司为研究对象,剖析军民融合企业创新模式,并分析其创新动力之源及实现路径。本文研究发现:第一,军民融合企业在受限性情境中实现军品的突破性创新;第二,使命担当是军品突破性创新的源动力,存在着使命导入、使命认同和使命内化演化过程;第三,军民融合企业横向上通过开放式领导和闭合式领导的双元策略,纵向上采用从激励到知识与运营管理,再到战略管理层层递进策略,为受限性情境下军民融合企业实现突破性创新提供策略支持。本研究为军民融合企业如何发挥融合优势,实现纪律保证与创新突破并举提供了理论参考。Military-civilian integration is a major strategy of national defense and economic development.It is vital for military-civilian integration enterprises to achieve discipline,security,and technological breakthrough.Based on the event system theory and organizational ambidexterity theory,we start from key events and analyze the innovation and motivation source and realization path of military-civilian integration enterprises.Through the literature review,we find that no matter R&D investment,knowledge management,capital accumulation or external learning,a large amount of open information is needed to realize radical innovation in general enterprises,so an open management context is crucial to realize radical innovation.Due to the requirements of technical confidentiality,the R&D and production of military-civilian integration enterprises are carried out in a closed space with obvious boundaries,which makes it difficult to carry out open information exchange like general innovative enterprises,and it is also difficult for internal personnel to flow freely like those in general innovative enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to find out how to achieve radical innovation,how to trigger,how to promote,and what kind of path and process military-civilian integration enterprises go through under the premise of relatively closed management situation.Based on this,firstly,the key events in the development process of Shanghai Tian’an and the interview coding results are used to identify the innovation mode as radical innovation.Secondly,mission is identified as the source of radical innovation through interview coding results,and the evolution of mission dynamics is divided into mission introduction stage,mission identification stage and mission internalization stage,and the typical events of each stage are identified.Finally,different strategies adopted in each mission dynamic evolution stage are explained,and the change of radical innovation effectiveness is analyzed.This paper puts forward the following propositions.Firs
