摘  要:目的探讨基于分析-设计-开发-实施-评价(analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation,ADDIE)模型联合全程小组导师制对临床护士科研与循证能力培养效果,以期提升护士的科研与循证能力。方法采用自身前后对照方法,选取本院55名临床护士。基于ADDIE模型设计护理科研与循证护理教学方案,建立全程小组导师制,于2019年11月至2020年12月进行培训。比较培训前后护士的科研能力得分、循证实践知信行得分和年度科研成果数量。结果培训后护士科研能力总分和各维度得分以及水平高于培训前、循证实践知信行总分以及知识技能和行为得分、年度科研成果数量均高于培训前,前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);培训前后循证实践态度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于ADDIE模型联合全程小组导师制对临床护士进行培养,能有效提升临床护士的科研与循证能力,促进其科研成果产出,该培训方案可为开展大规模随机对照研究提供前期的研究基础。Objective To investigate the effect on training in nursing research and evidence-based nursing based on ADDIE model combined with full-process tutorial system so as to promote nurses dence-based practice.Methods A total of 55 nurses who worked at our hospital were enrolled in a before-and-after self-controlled study.A training programme for nursing research and evidence-based nursing was designed based on ADDIE model.The full-process tutorial system was established.The training was implemented from December 2019 to December 2020.The scores of the ability in nursing research,evidence-based practice competence and the achievements of nurses in scientific research were compared between pre-and post-training.Results After the training,the scores of the ability in nursing research,evidence-based practice competence and knowledge/skills and practice dimension,and the annual amount of achievements in scientific research were all significantly higher and greater than those before the training(P<0.05),except the score of evidence-based practice attitude(P>0.05).Conclusions The ADDIE model combined with full-process tutorial system could effectively improve the abilities among the nurses in nursing research and evidence-based practice,and the output of research achievements.The training program could provide a reference for the training of competence for nurses in nursing research and evidence-based practice in the municipal hospital.
