摘 要:中国博士后事业自1985年建章立制之初便蓬勃发展,取得跨越式进步,至今已为我国培养出一大批创新思维活跃、研究能力卓越的学术大家及科研骨干。但随着我国博士后事业的发展,博士后管理工作过程中也逐渐显露出一些问题。文章以陆军军医大学第一附属医院(又称重庆西南医院)为例,通过梳理医院博士后流动站、近五年招收培养及科研产出情况,分析管理工作中存在的招收规模、成果产出问题,并在此基础上从招收积极性、招收渠道、过程培养、考核激励制度、“三类人员”比例、学术平台建设、信息管理平台方面提出策略,以期进一步完善和优化医院博士后管理工作。China’s postdoctoral career has flourished since its establishment in 1985 and achieved leapfrog development.It has cultivated a large number of academic masters and scientific research talents with active innovative thinking and excellent research abilities so far.However,with the development of postdoctoral career in China,some problems have gradually emerged in the postdoctoral management.Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University(also known as Chongqing Southwest Hospital)as an example,this paper analyzes the problems of recruitment scale and scientific research outputs by sorting out the hospital’s postdoctoral mobile research stations,recruitment and training,and academic research outcomes in the past five years,and put forward strategies from the aspects of recruitment enthusiasm,recruitment channels,process training,assessment and incentive system,proportion of“three types of postdoctor”,academic platform construction,information management platform to further improve and optimize the hospital’s postdoctoral management work.
