高职院校高质量参与“一带一路”建设人才培养研究--以浙江为例

摘　　要：高质量参与“一带一路”建设人才培养,要聚焦“一带一路”沿线国家中资企业对人才的需求。审视浙江高职院校参与“一带一路”建设人才培养现状,对标“十四五”规划,提出高职院校要加强内涵建设,深化留学生培养模式改革,要加速专业调整和布局,深化多元模式的国际化校企合作,推动与海外企业合作为核心的教育模式创新,切实提高浙江高职教育高质量参与“一带一路”建设人才培养的社会赋能。The talent cultivation with high quality for the"The Belt and Road Initiative"construction should focus on the needs for talents of Chinese enterprises in countries along"The Belt and Road".Reviewing the current situation of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang that participate in the talent cultivation for"The Belt and Road Initiative"construction,and benchmarking the"14th Five-Year Plan",it is proposed that the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the internal construction,deepen the reform of cultivating mode of international students,accelerate the adjustment and layout of majors,enhance the international school-enterprise cooperation of multiple modes,and promote the innovation of educational pattern centered on cooperation with overseas enterprises,as well as effectively improving the social empowerment of higher vocational colleges education in Zhejiang to participate in the talent cultivation for"The Belt and Road Initiative"construction with high quality.
