摘  要:以蔗叶纤维素为原料制备蔗叶纤维素乙酸酯(Sugarcane Leaf Cellulose Acetate,SLCA),旨在扩展蔗叶的综合利用渠道。以液料比、乙酸酐体积分数、浓硫酸体积分数、酯化温度、酯化时间为研究因素,以酯化取代度(Degree of Substitution,DS)为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken响应面试验优化其制备工艺。结果表明,制备SLCA的最佳条件为液料比25 mL/g、乙酸酐体积分数50%、反应温度97℃、反应时间2.4 h、催化剂用量0.57%。在此条件下,SLCA的DS为2.600,取代度较高,可为SLCA的制备和应用提供有价值的依据。In this study,Sugarcane Leaf Cellulose Acetate(SLCA)was prepared from sugarcane leaf cellulose,aiming to expand the comprehensive utilization channels of sugarcane leaves.With liquid-solid ratio,acetic anhydride volume fraction,concentrated sulfuric acid volume fraction,esterification temperature and esterification time as research factors,and degree of substitution(DS)as evaluation index,the preparation process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface test on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimum conditions for preparing SLCA were liquid-solid ratio 25 mL/g,acetic anhydride volume fraction 50%,reaction temperature 97℃,reaction time 2.4 h,catalyst dosage 0.57%.Under these conditions,the DS of SLCA was 2.600,and the degree of substitution was high,which can provide valuable basis for the preparation and application of SLCA.
