摘 要:景区和酒店的网络评论是游客制定旅游计划和旅游企业了解游客意见并改进服务的重要参考.由于旅游评论数据量大、质量参差不齐,导致游客和企业无法有效获取其中的有价值信息.本文提出旅游评论文本分析的4个任务,包括旅游目的地的游客印象分析、景区和酒店的综合评价、网络评论的有效性分析以及景区和酒店的旅游特色挖掘,并且给出这些任务的求解思路和实现方法.The online comments of scenic spots and hotels are important references for tourists to formulate tourism plans.Due to the large amount and uneven quality of tourism review data,tourists cannot effectively obtain valuable information.In this paper,four problems of text analysis on tourism reviews are presented,including tourist impression analysis of tourism destination,comprehensive evaluation of scenic spots and hotels,effectiveness analysis of network comments,and feature mining of scenic spots and hotels,and the resolving thoughts and implementation methods are given.
