类型教育背景下高职新型智库发展研究——以扬州职业大学为例

摘　　要：高职新型智库的发展具有三个特征,即地方应用性、综合型及覆盖面广、半实体化的"平台+"模式。应将高职新型智库发展成为区域职教改革研究机构、地方发展研究与服务机构、学校高质量发展研究机构。高职新型智库可采取建立健全章程制度、选聘校内外精英人才、拓展经费筹集渠道、增强科研选题实用性、畅通成果报送渠道、突出智库专业优势、健全绩效考核机制、提升学术影响力和社会影响力等发展路径。The developmeat of new think-tanks has three characteristics,namely,local applicability,complexity and wide coverage and semi-materialized“platform+”model.It’s necessary to develop the new think tanks in higher vocational colleges into regional vocational education reform research institutions,local development research and service institutions and high-quality development research institutions of schools.This paper comes up with some paths to develop the new think tanks in higher vocational colleges,including establishing and improving the charter system,recruiting elite talents inside and outside campus,expanding the financial channels,enhancing the practicability of scientific research topics,smoothing the delivery of research outcomes,highlighting the professional advantages,perfecting the mechanism of performance assessment and enhancing the academic and social influence.
