职业院校“双师型”教师教学创新团队培养路径的研究与实践

摘　　要：教师队伍的整体水平决定了学校的人才培养质量与办学水平。自2019年以来,我国已立项建设两批职业院校教师教学创新团队。本研究以国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队为例,对团队中的负责人、专业带头人、专业教师进行深度访谈,系统分析当前创新团队培养困境,结合光伏发电技术与应用专业教师教学创新团队建设的实践经验,提出职业院校“双师型”教师教学创新团队的培养路径。The overall level of the teaching staff determines the quality of talent training and the level of school running.Since 2019,two batches of the teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers has been established.This study took the national vocational education teacher teaching innovation team as an example,conducted in-depth interviews with the team leaders,major leaders,professional teachers,etc.,and systematically analyzed the current dilemma of innovation team training.The training path of"dual-quality teacher"teaching innovation team in vocational colleges is put forward,according to the practical experience of photovoltaic power generation technology and application professional teachers'teaching innovation team.
