情域能力在呼吸内科医务人员职业高原与职业认同中的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市三级甲等医院呼吸内科医务人员情域能力、职业高原与职业认同现状,分析情域能力在呼吸内科医务人员职业高原与职业认同中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年3—5月,采用情域能力量表、职业高原量表及职业认同量表对绵阳市5所三级甲等医院294名呼吸内科医护人员进行调查,并对相关影响因素开展分析,采用AMOS 23.0进行中介效应分析。结果绵阳市三级甲等医院呼吸内科医务人员情域能力得分为(92.38±10.497)分,职业高原得分为(47.12±8.496)分,职业认同得分为(94.44±15.624)分。相关分析显示,职业认同总分及各维度得分与情域能力总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05),职业认同与职业高原呈负相关(P<0.05)。情域能力在呼吸内科医务人员职业高原与职业认同之间有正向的中介作用,中介效应为-0.202,中介效应占总效应的43.07%。结论绵阳市三级甲等医院呼吸内科医务人员职业认同处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。情域能力对呼吸内科医务人员职业认同有直接正向预测作用,情域能力在职业高原与职业认同间存在正向中介作用,提升呼吸内科医务人员情域能力,降低职业高原水平能提高其职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the present situation of affective domain ability,occupational plateau and occupational identity of medical staff in the department of respiratory medicine in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City,analyze the mediating role of affective domain ability in occupational plateau and occupational identity in this population.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to survey 294 medical workers in the department of respiratory medicine in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City from March to May of 2021 using the affective domain ability scale,the occupational plateau scale and the occupational identity scale.The related influencing factors were analyzed,and AMOS 23.0 was used to analyze mediating effects.Results The score of affective domain ability among medical workers in the department of respiratory medicine in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City was(92.38±10.497)points,the score of occupational plateau was(47.12±8.496)points and the score of occupational identity was(94.44±15.624)points.Correlation analysis showed that the total score of occupational identity and the scores of various dimensions were positively correlated with the total score and the scores of various dimensions(all P<0.05),and the occupational identity was negatively correlated with occupational plateau(P<0.05).Affective domain ability had a positive mediating effect between the occupational plateau and professional identity of medical staff in the department of respiratory medicine.The mediating effect was-0.202,accounting for 43.07%of the total effect.Conclusions The occupational identity of medical staff in the department of respiratory medicine in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City is at an intermediate level and needs to be further improved.The affective domain ability has a direct positive effect on the professional identity of medical staff in the department of respiratory medicine,the affective domain ability has a positive intermediary effect between professional platea
