摘 要:目的探索Kolb学习模型在护理实习生人文关怀能力培养中的应用效果。方法以2019年6月和2020年6月进入昆山市中医医院临床实习的护生作为研究对象,其中2019年实习的护生109名为对照组,2020年实习的护生116名为观察组。观察组采取基于Kolb学习模型的人文关怀临床带教,对照组采取传统方法行人文关怀临床带教。实习结束时分别采用护生人文关怀量表和自主学习能力量表来测评两组护生的学习效果。结果观察组护生人文关怀能力和自主学习能力各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论Kolb学习模型应用于护生人文关怀教学中,可以提高护生人文关怀能力及自主学习能力,提升教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of Kolb learning model applied in the cultivation of humanistic care ability of nursingstudents.Methods The nursing interns in Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The nursing students(n=109)in 2019 were selected as the control group,and those(n=116)in 2020 were selected as the observation group.The students in observation group received humanistic care clinical teaching based on Kolb learning model,and thestudents in control group received routine humanistic care clinical teaching.At the end of the internship,nursing students'humanistic care scale and independent learning ability scale were used to evaluate the learning effectbetween the two groups.Results The scores of humanistic care ability and independent learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions Kolb learning model applied in nursing students'humanistic care teaching can improve the humanistic care ability and independent learning abilityof nursing students,and enhance the teaching quality of clinical nursing.
