摘　　要：高校众创空间知识创新是一个从潜移默化到内化升华的动态循环过程。以知识管理SECI模型和“场”理论为基础,探讨高校众创空间建设。论述创始场、会话场、系统场和操作场四大平台构建。为高校众创空间知识创新体系建设提供参考。The knowledge innovation of mass creative space in colleges and universities is a dynamic cycle process from imperceptible to internalization and sublimation.Based on the SECI model of knowledge management and"field"theory,this paper discusses the construction of mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities,and explores the construction of four platforms:origination field,conversation field,system field and operation field.It provides a reference for the construction of knowledge innovation system of mass innovation space in colleges and universities.
