摘 要:正念被广泛运用于临床心理学领域,其积极效用也日益在工作场所中显现。现有研究对正念与创造力的关系尚未达成一致认识,基于企业组织背景探讨正念对员工创造力影响的研究更加匮乏。通过对45个团队的配对样本的实证分析,结果发现:正念对员工创造力具有促进作用;正念通过创造力自我效能感提高员工创造力;差错规避氛围水平越高,正念对创造力自我效能感的促进作用越弱,正念经由创造力自我效能感对员工创造力的积极作用也会减弱。该结论明晰了正念影响员工创造力的过程机制和情境约束,为企业管理者重视员工正念、培养员工创造力自我效能感并营造良好的差错管理氛围以提升员工创造力提供实践参考。Mindfulness is widely used in clinical psychology,and its positive effects are increasingly evident in the workplace.The existing studies have not reached a consensus on the relationship between mindfulness and creativity,and very few researches have been done on the impact of mindfulness on employees’ creativity under the organizational background.Results of the empirical analysis of the matched sample of 45 teams are as follows:Mindfulness has significantly positive effect on employees’ creativity;Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship between mindfulness and employees’ creativity;Error aversion climate negatively moderates the relationship between mindfulness and employees’ creativity,and it also moderates the indirect effect of mindfulness on employees’ creativity through creative self-efficacy.The conclusion of this study not only clarifies the mechanism and the situational constraint of the impact of mindfulness on employees’ creativity,but also provides practical reference for enterprise managers to enhance employees’ creativity.
