摘　　要：如何培养高职院校工业机器人专业的系统集成应用的能力,让学生学以致用,是一个值得探索的课题。文章侧重介绍了在该专业大三企业专业实践课程里,通过实施差异化、导师制的教学模式,开展企业实践教学,提升学生系统集成能力的经验,并分享了如何根据专业教学目标,合理选择企业实践项目的经验。How to cultivate the ability of system integration application of industrial robot major in vocational colleges to enable students to apply what they have learned is a topic worth exploring. This article focuses on the experience of implementing a differentiated and tutorial system in the professional practice courses of this major to carry out enterprise practice teaching and improve students’ system integration ability. And shared the experience of how to reasonably choose enterprise practice projects according to the professional teaching goals.
