摘  要:通过纤维素酶对玉米秸秆的降解,测定不同玉米秸秆样品的失重率、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)及乳酸菌活菌数量的变化,采用SPSS数据分析软件进行数据整理,结果表明,加入纤维素酶后,秸秆的失重率均有提高,NDF和ADF都有显著性﹙P<0.05﹚降低。纤维素酶不同添加量的降解能力不同,NDF最高降低了27.47%,ADF最高降低了14.6%。添加了纤维素酶的样本中,黄贮玉米秸秆的乳酸菌数量提高了1~3个数量级,产生的酸香味对于牲畜的肠道健康及采食具有促进作用,说明黄贮玉米秸秆中加入适量的纤维素酶,可降低粗纤维含量,改善黄贮玉米秸秆的品质,提高有益微生物菌群的数量与活性,缩短了玉米秸秆黄贮的时间。The degradation of corn straw by cellulase was studied,and the weight loss rate,Neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and the number of viable lactic acid bacteria were measured.The data were sorted out by SPSS data analysis software.The results showed that after adding cellulase,the weight loss rate of straw increased,and NDF and ADF decreased significantly(P<0.05).The degradation ability of cellulase was different with different dosages,NDF decreased by 27.47%,and ADF decreased by 14.6%to the highest extent.In the samples added with cellulase,the number of lactic acid bacteria in yellow stored corn straw increased by 1~3 orders of magnitude,and the acid flavor produced could promote the intestinal health and feeding of livestock.It was shown that adding an appropriate amount of cellulase to yellow corn straw storage could reduce the content of crude fiber,improve the quality of corn straw,improve the number and activity of beneficial microbial flora,and shorten the time of yellow corn straw storage.
