摘 要:肺癌是目前我国癌症发病率和死亡率最高的肿瘤。随着影像学技术的发展与普及,肺周围小结节(small pulmonary peripheral nodules, SPPNs)的检出率越来越高,而SPPNs的精确定位及定性一直是胸外科临床诊治过程中的难题。电磁导航支气管镜(electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy, ENB)的问世,为肺外周病灶的诊治提供了新的微创手段。本文将对ENB在外科手术前定位、诊断和局部治疗中的应用及进展,以及ENB在一体化杂交手术室的临床应用情况进行综述。Lung cancer ranks the first cancer-related morbidity and mortality in China.With the development and penetration of imaging technology,increasing small pulmonary peripheral Nodules(SPPNs) have been detected.However,precise location and diagnosis of SPPNs is still a tough problem for clinical diagnosis and treatment in department of thoracic surgery.With the development of electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy(ENB),it provides a novel minimally invasive method for the diagnosis and treatment of SPPNs.In this review,we summarized the application and progress of ENB in preoperative positioning,diagnosis,and local treatment,then,discussed the clinical application of ENB in the hybrid operating room.
