摘　　要：颈部肌张力障碍是最常见的局灶性肌张力障碍之一,肉毒毒素注射为一线治疗方法。能否正确识别与筛选责任痉挛肌肉是影响疗效的重要因素之一。目前临床上主要通过视诊和触诊异常肥大、僵硬或者疼痛的肌肉,并根据异常运动模式来判断责任肌肉。越来越多的研究探索辅助检查对痉挛责任肌肉的识别和筛选,主要包括运动学分析、EMG、超声及影像学检查。本文将对现有评估技术的有效性以及优缺点进行综述,为临床医生选择适合的评估工具提供思路。Cervical dystonia(CD)is one of the most common types of focal dystonia,and botulinum toxin(BTX)injection is the first-line treatment for CD.Accurate identification of dystonic target muscles(DTM)is one of the most important factors affecting the efficacy.At present,clinicians select DTM mainly by inspection and palpation of cervical muscles combined with analyzing patients’abnormal movement patterns.More and more studies have explored the identification and screening of spasm responsible muscles by auxiliary examination,mainly including kinematic analysis,EMG,ultrasound and imaging examination.This paper review the efficiency,advantage and disadvantage of existing evaluation techniques,which would provide ideas for clinicians to select suitable evaluation tools.
