摘  要:针对行星减速器工作过程中存在齿轮动态磨损因素导致传动精度可靠度下降的问题,建立了考虑齿轮磨损的行星减速器传动精度时变可靠性模型,并进行了传动精度可靠性分析与公差优化设计。基于啮合线分析方法建立了行星减速器传动误差模型,对齿轮磨损这一随机过程进行了数值仿真,并利用高斯过程预测了齿轮磨损量;以某二级2K-H型行星减速器为例,运用改进的基于随机过程离散化时变可靠性分析方法求解其传动精度可靠度;建立以加工成本最低为优化目标、传动精度可靠度和齿轮磨损量为约束条件的公差优化设计模型,通过序列二次规划法对影响加工成本的设计参数进行优化。经优化后,加工成本降低了3.8%,在达到减速器预期寿命时,其传动精度可靠度达到99.33%,较优化前提升了10.96%。Aiming at the decrease of transmission accuracy reliability caused by dynamic gear wear during the operation of the planetary gear reducer,a time-variant reliability model of transmission accuracy considering dynamic gear wear was established,the transmission accuracy reliability analysis and tolerance optimization were carried out at the same time.Based on the meshing line analysis method,a transmission error model of the planetary gear reducer was established,the random process of the dynamic gear wear was numerically simulated and the wear loss was predicted by Gaussian Process.Taking a two-stage 2K-H planetary gear reducer as an example,an improved time-variant reliability analysis method based on stochastic process discretization was used to solve the transmission accuracy reliability.With machining cost as the optimization object and reliability of transmission accuracy and gear wear as the constraint conditions,the model of optimization design was proposed.The sequential quadratic programming method was used to obtain the optimum design parameters which had an influence on machining cost.The results proved that the machining cost was reduced by 3.8%after optimization design,and the transmission accuracy reliability of the reducer reaches 99.33%which was 10.96%higher than that before optimization at the time of its expected life.
