摘　　要：基于OBE理念,根据跨境电商岗位需求,创新人才培养思路,从目标分解、教学设计、教学实施和成果评价四个维度构建跨境电商在线教学体系,以任务驱动激发学生自主性,不断提高学生的跨境电商职业素质,切实为飞速发展的跨境产业提供人才助力。Based on the OBE concept,this paper creates talent training ideas according to the needs of foreign trade positions,and constructs a cross-border e-commerce online teaching system from four dimensions:goal decomposition,teaching design,teaching implementation,and achievement evaluation.Task-driven approach stimulates students’autonomy and continuously improves cross-border professional skills and quality,and effectively provide talent assistance for the rapidly developing cross-border industry.
