摘 要:目的了解北京市密云区农村学生家长早餐行为现况,为政府部门制定学生营养改善政策、开展学生食育教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取密云区农村6所中小学校二年级、五年级和七年级学生家长842名作为研究对象,开展家长早餐行为现状调查。结果家长的一顿早餐里,通常选择含有谷类、肉蛋类、奶制品、蔬菜和水果的家长分别为477名(56.65%)、475名(56.41%)、487名(57.84%)、271名(32.19%);家庭早餐营养充足的占28.15%,从性别、职业状况上差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.9697,P=0.3248;χ^(2)=0.3673,P=0.5445):从家长的出生年代上,80年代出生的家长早餐营养充足率较高,但无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.2885,P=0.3185);家长的文化水平和家庭人均收入在早餐质量上差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.358,P=0.0067;χ^(2)=6.5461,P=0.0379)。结论北京市密云区农村学生家长早餐膳食结构不均衡,总体上早餐质量较差。应加强对家长的营养知识普及,不断提高其营养素养水平,从而更好地引导和影响学生营养素养。ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of parents’breakfast behavior of rural students in Miyun District,Beijing,so as to provide the scientific evidence for government departments to formulate nutrition improvement policies for students and carry out feeding education for students.MethodsBy the stratified cluster random sampling method,842 parents of students in grade 2,grade 5 and grade 7 from 6 rural primary and middle schools in Miyun District were selected as research objects.The status quo of parents’breakfast behavior was investigated.ResultsA total of 477(56.65%),475 (56.41%),487 (57.84%) and 271 parents (32.19%) usually chose cereal,meat and eggs,dairy products,vegetables and fruits for breakfast respectively,and 28.15%of the families had adequate breakfast nutrition,There were no significant differences between/among gender and occupational status (χ^(2)=0.9697,P=0.3248;χ^(2)=0.3673,P=0.5445).In terms of parents’birth years,the breakfast nutritional adequacy rate of parents born in the 1980s was higher,but there was no statistical significance (χ^(2)=2.2885,P=0.3185).There were statistically significant differences in breakfast quality between/among parents’education levels and family per capita income (χ^(2)=7.358,P=0.0067;χ^(2)=6.5461,P=0.0379).ConclusionThe breakfast structure of rural students’parents in Miyun District of Beijing is not balanced and the breakfast quality is poor in general.We should strengthen the popularization of parents’nutrition knowledge and constantly improve their nutrition literacy level,so as to better guide and influence students’nutrition literacy.
