摘  要:推进高职院校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设是职业院校建立常态化人才培养质量自主保证机制的一项创新性工作,是职教战线落实深化新时代教育评价改革政策精神的重要举措。调查发现,高职院校教学诊改工作虽然整体进展顺利,但在院校实践中还存在理念认识不到位、师生内生动力不足,形似神不似、诊改运行有偏差,主观评估思维、常态化机制未形成等共性问题。需要采取"系统化设计、项目化推进、一体化实施"方式,协同推进诊改工作。Promoting diagnosis and improvement system construction of teaching work in higher vocational colleges is an innovative work for vocational colleges to establish a normalized talent training quality independent guarantee mechanism, and an important measure for the vocational education front to implement the policy spirit of deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era. The survey found that although the overall progress of the teaching diagnosis reform in higher vocational colleges is smooth, there are still inadequate understanding of concepts, insufficient endogenous motivation of teachers and students, lack of similarity, deviations in diagnosis and reform operation, subjective evaluation thinking in college practice, and the normalization mechanism has not formed. It is necessary to adopt a method of“systematic design, project-based promotion, and integrated implementation”to coordinate the advancement of diagnosis and improvement work.
