摘  要:为评价发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005的体内免疫调节作用,以环磷酰胺诱导小鼠构建免疫低下小鼠模型,分别用低、中、高剂量的活性发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005冻干菌粉进行免疫调节干预,测定血清中免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)的含量和白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的相对表达量,利用碳廓清法检测小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬能力及对脏器指数的影响,以角叉菜胶致炎小鼠建立足肿胀模型,通过计算足肿胀抑制率表达迟发型超敏反应。结果表明,HCS08-005可显著上调血清中IFA-γ、TNF-α、IL-4及IgG水平,下调IL-10水平,明显增强免疫抑制小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬能力和迟发型超敏反应,降低足肿胀抑制率。综上所述,发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005可以发挥一定的免疫调节作用。In this study,the mouse model of cyclophosphamide (CY)-induced immunosuppression was used to evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of lyophilized powder of Lactobacillus fermentum HCS08-005 with low,medium and high doses.The levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-10 (IL-10),interferon-γ (IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) in mice serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The phagocytic index of phagocytes and organ index was also examined by carbon clearance test.The mouse paw edema model was taken by carrageenan-Induced.The delayed type hypersensitivity was expressed by calculating the inhibition rate of paw edema.The results showed that Lactobacillus fermentum HCS08-005 could significantly up regulate IFA-γ,TNF-α,IL-4 and IgG levels in serum,down regulate IL-10 levels,significantly enhance the phagocytic capacity and delayed type hypersensitivity of phagocytes in immunosuppressive mice,and reduce the inhibition rate of paw edema.In conclusion,Lactobacillus fermentum HCS08-005 has certain immunomodulatory effects.
