摘  要:学科生态建设是一流学科成长与发展的实践保障。一流学科的孕育生成既是学科发展的内在逻辑,也是知识生产模式转型和国家以及社会需求推动的结果;一流学科的成长既要关注学科生态建设,也要注重基于学科生态位提升的外在动力机制。改革实践中必须遵循学科个体的自然生命节律,尊重多样异质的学科种群的发展,创设主干突出的学科生态群落,维护学科生态系统的动态平衡,为一流学科成长提供良好的生态环境。The construction of disciplinary ecology is the practical guarantee for the growth and development of first-class disciplines. The breeding and generation of first-class disciplines are not only the internal logic of disciplinary development,but also the result of the transformation of knowledge production mode and the promotion of national and social needs. The growth of first-class disciplines should be taken into account that both the ecological construction of disciplines and the external dynamic mechanism based on the promotion of disciplinary ecological niche.The reform practice must follow the natural life rhythm of the individual discipline, respect the development of the diverse and heterogeneous disciplines,create a disciplinary ecological community with advantages and characteristics,maintain the dynamic balance of disciplinary ecosystem,and provide a good ecological environment for the growth of first-class disciplines.
