摘  要:以干品草石蚕粉末为原料,对微波辅助法提取草石蚕中水苏糖的工艺条件进行优化。探究提取温度、微波功率、料液比及提取时间对水苏糖提取率的影响,通过四因素三水平的响应面分析法优化微波辅助法的提取工艺。当微波功率400 W、提取时间5.6 min、提取温度60℃,料液比1︰25 mg/mL时,水苏糖提取率是41.18%,与模型高度拟合。微波辅助法节省时间,工艺简单。The technology of microwave-assisted extraction of stachyose from stachyworm was optimized by using dried stachyworm powder as raw material. The effects of extraction temperature, microwave power, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction yield of stachyose were studied. The microwave-assisted extraction process was optimized by response surface analysis(RSM) with four factors and three levels. Under the condition of microwave power 400 W, extraction time 5.6 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1︰25 mg/mL, the extraction yield of stachyose was 41.18%, which was highly fitted with the model. Microwave-assisted method was time-saving and simple.
