临床医学专业高考、基础学科和临床学科成绩的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究高考成绩是否可以用于卓越医师班的选拔及基础学科在医学教育中的地位。方法:采用Peason法对我院临床医学专业857人的高考成绩和在校成绩、基础学科成绩和临床学科成绩进行分析。结果:高考成绩和在校成绩之间的相关系数0.26,基础学科成绩和临床学科成绩之间的相关系数0.81。结论:高考成绩不宜作为卓越医师选拔的参考条件,基础学科的成绩可以预测临床学科成绩。Purpose: This study made a judgement if the scores of college entrance examination can be used as a reference for the selecting of distinguished students.Then this study determined the status of preclinical medicine.Method: This study analyzed the correlativity between scores of college entrance examination and scores in the college, scores of preclinical courses and clinical courses of 857 students by using peason method.Results: The correlative index between the scores of college entrance examination and scores in the college was 0.26.The correlative index between scores of preclinical courses and clinical courses was 0.81.Conclusion: The scores of college entrance examination is not suitable to be a reference for distinguished students selecting and the scores of preclinical courses can be used as an important factor to prognose the scores of clinical courses.
