摘  要:实验技术队伍是高校实验室建设和实验教学开展的主力,也是实验教学水平提升的重要支撑。现以生物学国家级实验教学示范中心为例,为解决实验技术队伍存在问题,以实验教学中心和实验技术人员协同发展为目标,以岗位聘任、考核评估和业绩激励等制度建设为依托,通过具有针对性、可行性和实效性的管理机制建设,有力推进实验技术队伍建设,为“双一流”建设和人才培养提供有力支撑,也为高校实验技术队伍建设提供参考和借鉴。Experimental technical team is the main force of laboratory construction and experimental teaching in universities,and it is also an important guarantee to improve the level of experimental teaching.Taking the National Demonstration Center for Experimental Biology Education of Zhejiang University as an example,in order to solve the problems existing in the experimental technical team,aiming at the collaborative development of experimental teaching center and experimental technicians,relying on the mechanism construction of post appointment,assessment and incentive,we established a series of targeted,feasible and effective management mechanisms to effectively promote the construction of experimental technology team.This work provides strong support for the“Double First-class”construction and talent training,and also provides reference for the construction of experimental technical team in colleges and universities.
